Love coming here for an ice cream treat! The chalk for the littles to play with was so awesome, and the ice cream was delicious!

Great little natural foods store.
There s a creemee window on the side, or you can get them all year at the deli inside.
Deli has great sandwiches. They have the best selection of local meat around. Also have a fine selection of local cheeses.
The stock Finn and Roots lettuce, which is the best!
Good beer selection.
I only wish their bulk selection was larger.

Great selection for a small shop. The deli/prepared food is well worth stopping for alone. If you like spicy foods, try the Korean spicy tofu.

Fantastic deli/meat department! We get our holiday meals here every year and they have the best steaks & pork for grklling/smoking the rest of the year!

Awesome staff, great (and uncommon) inventory. 9 times out of 10 if I'm looking for a really random ingredient or specialty item they have it. They do tend to have less conventional inventory, so if you could find it at the huge grocery store next door you probably won't find it in their store. Which is honestly pretty great. They have a great selection of beer and wine (including a nice little sake selection!). Large gluten free selection, lots of vegetarian/vegan options, small but surprisingly great selection of fresh fruits and veggies.
This is a store I walked into and bought: squid ink pasta, rosewater, miso paste and a chocolate stout (all of which were delicious!). So yeah... try and stump them, it'll be fun!

Also, don't get upset if you forget your shopping bags, they do charge for the paper bags but the fee is donated to charity.
