Very caring and helpful staff! We had a wonderful experience and we couldn't be happier with our new puppy!

I adopted from here before was excited to get to meet and look at some puppy s. Even willing to wear a mask. I don t understand how these poor animals are suppose to be adopted when you can t even go in to meet them. Sure if your interested in a dog online, but you come to meet them to see if they match your personality. Oh and I m pretty sure dogs can t get Covid or contract it to other people. Plus their is no one else in the building so how can we transmit this virus to other people. Very disappointed in this establishment and especially since we drove an hour to come meet some furry little guys.

My family went to the Greenville Humane Society yesterday 3/12/21 to look at a few dogs because my son has really wanted one for awhile now. Our experience was wonderful. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the dogs that they had, you could tell by the way they talked about the dogs that they really love them. We had the opportunity to go into the bonding room with a few dogs and fell in love with the newest member or our family Levi. The staff walked us through the process and made sure we were completely understanding of everything. I would definitely recommend the Greenville Humane Society to anyone looking for a four legged friend.

So far a better experience than anderson humane. At least their phone message was informative. Will rate again after my appointment

I call and call, leave message after and it takes over a week for them to respond everytime except that during that time, the dog I want always gets adopted. They never answer the phone or reply in a timely manner. You can't go in, you can't call, so how are you supposed to adopt? I guess this place just doesn't care anymore

This is the nicest facility with the nicest staff!! I was unsure what I needed for our new kitty, but they helped ensure I got all the tests and vaccines that would be best. The online scheduling was so easy, the process was quick and efficient and their prices were so much better than a private vet office. Will definitely return for annual vaccines and to spay our cat.

We dropped off our 1 year old dog, Milo, for his neuter surgery on Friday. We accidentally scheduled too far in the future and I contacted them about it and they were very helpful in finding something much sooner. We dropped him off for the day, got him home, and he was back to normal within 24 hours. The work looks really good and the price was very reasonable! Also got him microchipped.

Third time a charm went back and have to say people were friendly and cordial. I guess it is just a matter who you deal with. I would recommend someone pays attention to that so it is always pleasant for everyone. You want people to adopt your animals and make it so nice that they keep bringing them there for their needs. So up to three , would truly love to give you five as it is such an important job you do but those need to be earned.

Well, my first impression was better than my last and that is why you guys went from 4 stars to 2 in my book. Went to the clinic to give my dog a shot and was shocked by how unfriendly and cold the staff was. Very unpleasant and think I rather pay a bit more than have to deal with that kind of service

Was there for the first time a couple days ago and was surprised about how clean the place is. Everyone was friendly and cordial. They had some dogs, not many, but appeared to have quite some cats.
I asked about adoption fees and was a bit shocked as the price can be quite high. I felt a bit like they are selling dogs instead of giving them for adoption but I also understand that to run a facility like that and keep it like they do, it takes money. You do get your new friend spayed or neutered and they will have their vaccines and deworming done before they go home with you.

I wish I could leave more stars. I see these reviews on here with excellent ratings and happy with their new pets. I called to make sure I DID NOT HAVE TO MAKE A APPOINTMENT!!! And was told no! So I made a trip there today only to be stopped at the door and was asked if I wanted to be to Added to the 4 HOUR WAIT-LIST AHEAD OF ME! They opened at 12 I was there at 12:07 and there was already a 4 hour wait list??? Not good for business you should just let people make a appointment if your going to turn us away at the door anyways! I live in Greer and couldn't make the time to drive here twice in one day.
