I have used Swanson Renovations for two remodels at my home. First was the kitchen and master bedroom and then was the living room. From ideation to execution, Chad is a master at his craft! He took ideas/thoughts and turned them into reality at every turn. We recently sold the home Chad renovated for us, and we got top dollar in part because of the work that Chad performed!! I will continue to use Swanson Renovations in my new home as once you find quality, value and efficiency, you don't have to look any further!

I owned two houses in Texas. One in Keller were Swanson Renovations, LLC did a complete gut and redo on the master bathroom down to the studs. They did an excellent job. Chad has the capability to do CAD CAM images to show you the plan and help you make decisions. The 2nd house in NRHs we did a complete added on to the garage from scratch; as well as, installing wood floor in the dry areas of the house. Chad is very meticulous, he has great contractors and they all work well together. They are reliable and on time. He is very thorough with the details and follow through. There were never any surprises as the end.

I have worked with many contractors over the years, but NONE with the absolute attention to detail, and "going above and beyond" service that Swanson Rennovations provided. I had all the pillars on the front of my home replaced as they were rotting, and Chad Swanson and his team did an OUTSTANDING job. Working right through lunch hours, making little changes and adding little touches that I didn't even think of, they were just OUTSTANDING. I know Chad Swanson personally. I am a sub-contractor so I have been on several of his jobs. It is refreshing to see clean, safe, well managed projects. Their attention to detail is evident and the top notch craftsmanship is not only where the customer sees it but also in the places the customer will never see! A standard of excellence very few companies strive for these days. Definitely worth the difference! Take it from a pro that knows.
