Company should not be trusted. Cancelled a school trip and is refusing to refund or setup a new date. They have cheated the children. Terrible shame. Hope they reconsider, I mean it's only reputation at stake.

I can't stress enough how much I would not recommend this company. They organised a school trip and have cancelled, refused to refund monies or reorganise for a future date. They have effectively stolen all the parents money. Would be interested to know if they have furloughed staff... As they are not refunding. They effectively haven't lost business.
Total scam and hope people read this before booking with them.
