Purchased a sweatshirt for Swamp Cracker. The logo on the sweatshirt was crooked and misaligned. I get it, that happens sometimes. I submitted a return/exchange request and got denied. They said I needed to send it back so they could verify first. First time I ever had a company deny a return as if they didn't trust the consumer. It's easy Swamp Cracker...accept the return (like all other reputable company's do) and issue a refund once the item is back in your possession. This was my second purchase through you guys and the first was good...but you definitely lost a customer.
