Lovely jewelry shop , and very well trained staff, they know their gold. I brought a very nice pair of earrings. And had a ring cleaned by this shop it came up beautiful.

Ordered a ring for my daughter's birthday, got sent the wrong size so we called the shop and got promised a call back... Never got the call back and staff didn't seam to know what they was doing on both times.

Adel was so lovely in assisting me with finding my wedding band!
We have so much uncertainty over whether the wedding will go ahead because of Covid-19, but finding my ring was a great experience, masks and all! It would have been better to see the rings being cleaned before / after use in the current climate though
I didn't feel under any pressure, I could look at all of the rings I wanted to and I spent a long time going back and forth. I knew I needed time to decide between two in particular, but I will be calling this week to place my ring order

Great service and friendly staff. Gemma was lovely to deal with. There was a waiting list for the particular watch I was after but there was no issues being added to the list. There was no ego or conceit like I've experienced at other AD's. Gemma managed to source my watch within a week which was much quicker than anticipated. Overall, it was a great experience and I will certainly be back for my next purchase. Just wish they were a Rolex AD! :)
