Great service and friendly staff. Gemma was lovely to deal with. There was a waiting list for the particular watch I was after but there was no issues being added to the list. There was no ego or conceit like I've experienced at other AD's. Gemma managed to source my watch within a week which was much quicker than anticipated. Overall, it was a great experience and I will certainly be back for my next purchase. Just wish they were a Rolex AD! :)
