Failed to pay SEK 4 on a payment, the credit which is small was terminated and went to debt collection. Nor had they registered the 420 I paid in, had to email bank statements even though OCR no and everything was correct. Should be nice when this company disappears from my life.

Rogue company. Started by not getting an invoice on my internet purchase but it just came as a reminder that I did not pay. Paid within 1 week of receiving the reminder and the week after I had received a debt collection claim. After talking with the customer service, the collection cost was written off when I already paid. Furthermore, there was no due date on the reminder, which feels rude. It feels like the business idea is to quickly get the customer to pay unnecessary extra expenses in the form of reminder fees and collection costs ...

Sure it may happen that something has gone wrong that has caused the invoice not to be sent out by e-mail, but then you might like some other companies to send out an e-mail reminder a day before the invoice assumes that you have an unpaid invoice as a form of security function. This feels more systematic and they work quickly to make sure the customer really goes for extra expenses.

Probably the worst customer service processes I've ever seen.

Received a debt collection claim from them after a little more than a month after the purchase. They claim to have sent a reminder by mail which I have not received. Of course I missed the bill, but having to pay SEK 771 on a bill that was SEK 521 is under all criticism. I will never use their services again as long as I live and also warn others to stay away from this company!

The company Svea Ekonomi refuses to send invoices to another address, not even in corona times. If the invoice is to be sent to the company, they will still send it to the national registration address. They do not send invoices by e-mail nor by e-invoice with reference to various suppliers' agreements .... So they only send paper invoices! Then they always charge a fee ... due to the above as well as reminder fee 60 and delay fee 145. Difficulty getting the invoice proves very profitable. They save on newspaper fees, reminder fees and delay fees - because they can't get the invoices to the desired address. Absolutely awful!
Expect to be tricked and skirted.

It is a cheater company and just rob people, I had one year agreement with them and trust them and sign the agreement, now after one year send one more annual fee and want to take money for nothing, I have sold invoice to them and had one year contract but do not know why sent a new payment, there is a reason, they deceive me and write multiple year deal

Worst company ever. They robe people via illegal parking fines.

Really bad company, avoid! If you miss a payment by one day, the terms will automatically change to an annual rate of over 20% !!!

And nothing can be done. It is only paying their new heat rate or is forced to solve the entire loan immediately.

Biggest vomit that is extremely dishonest, lies and is deceived.

Svea ekonomi is an untrustworthy credit company that seems to have the business idea of deceiving its customers.

Could give zero star but does not work. They're so good at fooling people

WARNING WARNING WARNING !!!

Don't deal with this fun company. You will regret yourself. They send invoices for things I have not bought for more than SEK 26,000, which has now gone to debt collection. I have disputed the invoices several times and they only reply with copy paste "We believe you are responsible for payment".
In Sweden, it is our rule of law (which Svea Ekonomi claims with that answer) that determines whether I am liable to pay or not. You may sue me and we will let a legal process determine who is the criminal.

NB:
It is very important that everyone who has similar experience with this company really reports to both the police and the Swedish Consumer Agency for something to happen.

Rogue player who exploits loopholes in the law. Sending payment reminders no payment date, then debt collection by return mail to get the maximum reminder fees.

Miserable! Yuk! Agree with the other reviews! Usel customer service, sends reminder on reminder and then collection even if you paid!
