This is a good yoga studio. I like it especially because it's close to my house and very convenient. I really enjoy the Jivamukti yoga classes. They're well sequenced and there's lots of hands on adjustments and awesome music and teachings.

I went to the 5:30 "Gratitude Flow" on Easter Sunday and loved it. Instructor Andrea Brown class was leisurely paced but still challenging. Just what I needed for the day. I plan on going back.

I love the Jivamukti class and the instructor is excellent. I've been many times and have always felt she made space for the students to have their own experiences while also giving us good guidance. It's my favorite class. I always leave feeling grounded and peaceful.
