Disappointing and expensive experience. Started off well, but then was met with excuses and long delays, the finished website was many months late. Content was smashed out and no consideration was given to the build in relation to how Google would crawl the site, consequently it wasnt fit for purpose just visually OK. The SEO element was then quoted for there after and declined. A third party then advised the build was poor, slow to load and large areas were never going to be able to be properly crawled leading to poor SEO ranking. Faults were found but Sutton Silver would not address and demanded full payment or would remove the site. We have now had further sites built on Wordpress for a fraction of the cost and all have achieved good ranking, traffic and business. We via our other business have been cold called by Sutton Silver with similar promises which now wiser declined.

Promised much but had problems throughout resulting in our project being delivered extremely late. A nightmare from start to finish. Our Project Manager was removed from our project due to incompetency but was then re-appointed due to no other staff.
Passed between both their developers who were obviously working and muddling their way through various projects at once.
Based on our two very poor experiences I would never use Sutton Silver again.

Massive spam machine. Spent two days bombarding my inbox with spam. 6 emails a day.
Best way to ensure NEVER getting my business

Am awarding 5 stars as although our project with this agency did have some flaws I believe all of those to have been a result of bad briefs to them and an incorrectly selected middle-ware product in which we ourselves had a large hand.
Sutton Silver themselves seem more than capable of guiding and producing site designs that look and work well at the front end and have a clearly defined and followed method and path to hit that target during build and test phases. Communications were rarely an issue and staff were more than happy to travel to our office to sit and work through problems at length until solutions were agreed.
My employers business has moved away from a model that allows for use of such agencies to produce websites for us and the use of the Magento platform that Sutton Silver at point of last contact were heavily invested and skilled in working with but should that change I would have no hesitation putting out any projects looking for tenders to them as an applicable agency.

We have worked with Sutton Silver for many years across a variety of different projects. All have been done professionally, to brief and within the time frame promised.

Sutton Silver are very proactive, creative and enjoyed to work with. Simon, Jamie and the team looked after us very much and being very paitent in order for us to create our dream website. Would highly recommend. Thank you Sutton Silver.

I have seen some of Sutton Silver product which is extremely perfect and provisional. However i do have very bad experience with some individuals within the company who show disrespect and arrogance which i am very sure this is individual attitude and not the company.
