I hadn't been to Makani since before the renovation of the premises and I was a little hesitant about the new menu in addition to the sushi one. Upon entering and sitting down, the first impact was like coming home. Excellent wine list and new menu, tried tonight, refined and exciting !!! A very pleasant evening spent in this restaurant with 2 souls. We started with some curly croutons. My daughter and I then opted for sushi and my husband for Italian cuisine. Riot of colors and flavors with pieces never tried anywhere else. I also wanted to taste the tube with amberjack sauce that really surprised me. Professional and friendly service. Truly elegant and welcoming location with pleasant background music. To return absolutely !!! Congratulations

I come almost every week to taste the delights that can be found in this wonderful restaurant. From sushi to Italian cuisine, all superb. The magical atmosphere, the impeccable service, the refined flavors and the beautiful music make this place magical !!! Often at the end of the evening we stop to listen to the live music that Igor gives us ;-) Every time an emotion !!!

Makani is not just a sushi restaurant. Makani is what everyone is looking for when preparing to taste Japanese cuisine. The restaurant is really nice both internally and externally, the staff very kind and courteous. Qualitatively we are at the top in Puglia!

Very nice place, I really liked the onighiri with butter fish that was recommended to me, and the mango and salmon roll. To review the tuna tartare only for the seasoning, not for the quality of the fish that remains good. Average prices

Lovely place .. refined. took mix combo 30pcs / 35 . Two portions of 4pcs each of spring rolls / 6 (tiny just). Wine glass 6 . The local but limited deserves and nothing special about the sushi.

We stayed in this restaurant for dinner, a fantastic experience. From sushi lovers we can say that we have tasted the best among those tried so far. Starting from the local, very nice and elegant, the staff friendly, helpful and prepared, the waiter who served us was very good even in advising us. The sushi really tasty and edited in detail, fresh fish, colors and superb taste. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended for those who really want to try a serious sushi. Very late (I had dinner with you at the beginning of the summer while I was on vacation with a friend from Lecce), but I want to leave my opinion. This is an absolutely extraordinary place, perhaps the best sushi ever eaten in my life: excellent raw materials, respect for tradition and innovation that are perfectly intertwined, the ingenious salmon and strawberry morsel (perhaps you could make a real dessert by serving it 3 pieces). If you add the well-kept restaurant and a nice and helpful owner I would say that it is not really possible to ask for more. Highly recommended

Surely it is not one of the cheapest, but it is worth spending a little more to eat really good sushi. The guy who works there is super nice and very nice.

The food is really good. Not too expensive. The interior is set for quite a fancy meal, and the alcohol drinks menu is huge compared to the food menu. Nothing on the menu is marked as vegan, but I was impressed with how easy I could veganize most dishes. We took vegetable with rice instead of noodles that have fish sauce - was wonderful. Edameme was salty and refreshing, miso soup that had lots of tofu inside, which was great. Also, the sushi with avocado was only 6 and satisfying. I was surprised that there were almost nobody in such a good place for a Sunday lunch - I am guessing evenings are busier.
