Very late (I had dinner with you at the beginning of the summer while I was on vacation with a friend from Lecce), but I want to leave my opinion. This is an absolutely extraordinary place, perhaps the best sushi ever eaten in my life: excellent raw materials, respect for tradition and innovation that are perfectly intertwined, the ingenious salmon and strawberry morsel (perhaps you could make a real dessert by serving it 3 pieces). If you add the well-kept restaurant and a nice and helpful owner I would say that it is not really possible to ask for more. Highly recommended
