A year ago I was in Japan and I love sushi, so my expectations were pretty high! Having said that, I can only promote Makani with flying colors.
1. For the idea of making sushi using also the fantastic local raw materials.
2. For the execution of the idea and for the original and successful combinations.
3. For the service, courteous and professional.
4. For the wine list, large and suitable for all budgets.
