Great Meals, Great drinks and Sports TV, Quiz night. Rooftop bar worth a visit.

Very happy with the food, prices, and service overall. Best LL&B drink on our south island journey to date. Excellent Thai chicken curry. Very acceptable fish, chips, and mushy peas. The sticky date was possibly one of the best, if not the best we have had anywhere. The chocolate pudding was a little on the dry side for my taste but the chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream was a redeeming feature. Excellent serving staff.

Great location, very clean and spacious. Our bartender was a riot and so hospitable with great service :) bistro pub food menu, and what we got passed our expectations for a pub. I had the beetroot pumpkin salad and it was absolutely delicious.

Excellent environment, went for lunch and had a delicious Philly steak sandwich, Couldn't fault it at all. The bar manager was polite and made us feel welcome. Would highly recommend this place for a meal!

Surreal Bar is a place I d highly recommend. The place was fully packed for a reason - great food and great cocktails. I was a huge fan of the pork ribs and the cocktails just went down so easily. Great service as well to top it all off.

Couldn't fault, the place was spacious and tidy. The meal was more than I could have asked for. I had the rump which was good as requested MR. The fries were some of the best fries I have ever had, crunchy outside soft inside. The schnitzel was very pleasing according to my wife. The staff were friendly and pleasant.

Had a great experience here! Epic service (Pistol Pete was a legend), great food and the drinks went down easy. Lovely spot on the rooftop in the sun. Highly recommend.

Always have a great time here. Great locals, awesome music and a great selection of food. Tapas menu or main meals, both done well and really good value
