Very friendly staff. Both greeted me well and asked if there was anything I needed. Good selection of caps.

Unhelpful and rude - especially to the tourists.
One female worker with long dark, wavy hair spent more time giggling like a teenager and speaking badly about the tourists in Spanish (unknown to her that we understood) - wouldn t shop here if it was the last surf shop on the planet!
Would happily spend my money elsewhere and pay double!
They don t know the definition of Customer Service - spent all their time conversing, giggling and laughing!
Would rate 0 stars if possible!

One of Salou's worst stores, a lousy attention, I was there a few days ago, and the two dependents who had not got up from where they were sitting, a short girl and a boy with glasses spent more time criticizing tourists than working. Don't say hello or say thanks. I will never return to that place. Very rude, and also not a surf shop. And it's very expensive
