I was very impressed with their service. I called on a Sunday and was given practical advice over the phone. I ended up emailing photos and the issue on Monday morning and by Monday afternoon it was fixed with the services of a locksmith. I found them to be very honest and reasonable. Would recommend them to anyone!

These guys are the absolute best. They are experts. And they are honest. They will not charge you for something that can be avoided, even if it is their own labour. Example? I brought six locks to them, asking that all these locks would be modified so that the same key would open all these locks. On careful examination of the manufacturer's codes on the locks, Ed found that three of these locks already have the same key (the same code) and therefore instead of re-making six locks, he only needed to modify the other three locks. He charged me for three locks. Not six!

I work for a 140 unit building. I have to rekey and get new keys cut every two months.
I've never had to return any rekeyed locks or any keys that were cut here.

The guys did an amazing job with a broken key stuck in a Thule lock for me. They were able to help out right away, tried many different techniques and were considerate to not damage the areas surrounding my lock. The price charged was very reasonable especially for the time spent.

My entire experience with Sure Lock was fantastic. I found them as their name was on the Medoco key for my house. We purchased the house in 2010 and I reached out to them March, 2017. They had a complete record of the lock at my home even though it was installed in 1994. Clearly this company has been in business a long time.

They were available for by email and phone. Dave installed the lock lightening quick. I dealt with Ed as well by email and phone and he was a pleasure to deal with. He was knowledgeable and courteous. He addressed my questions with patience and incorporated my requirements easily. He provided me with a variety of options and scenarios in a clear and concise manner so that I was able to make an informed decision. I am very happy with my new front door locking system and would highly recommend Sure Lock. Their company name is on my restricted keys so in another 25 years, I will know to return to them.

Great place with 34 years of successful locksmithing. I needed an old door deadlock re-keyed. No problem .

I went home to reassemble it and could not for the life of me figure it back out.

Took it back next day expecting to buy a whole new lock assembly...I was taught instead how to correctly reinstall the original...free.

Good honest shop. Excellent friendly advice. I recommend it.
