Great selection & prices. The staff is always helpful & friendly!

Great selection of cheeses Andres holy made sandwiches and salads. Lots of unique bottled sauces, spreads, olive oils, chocolates and crackers.
Wine shop has samplings of wines, liquor and beers on Saturdays.

Best cheese shop. Been there 20+ times. People in the cheese shop are extremely knowledgeable and cannot only pair cheese with wines but were able to pair cheese with my 25 year scotch with ease.

Ordered 2 bottles of Johnnie Walker Gold Centenary for delivery got 2 bottle Johnnie Walker Gold reserve. You read that right Surdyks's used the old bait and switch. At the very least Surdyk's is not as knowledgeable as they claim if they don't know the difference between the two. I know that the centenary has been discontinued, that's why I why so excited to find it at Surdyk's. Unfortunately Surdyk's doesn't know their scotch. Ridiculous.

Very nice and clean place and the beauty of the building is amazing worthy of my money no doubt.

I've been going to Surdyk's for 34 years and they never disappoint.
They are best liquor store in Minnesota.
They have the best selection, best prices, the most knowledgeable staff, adequate parking, and a great location.
Please take the time to walk though the best cheese shop in Minnesota!
If you're visiting Minnesota, this is a must stop (even if you don't imbibe).

I love it here because the people at Surdyks really know how to take care of you. Plus I'm a craft beer guy and you can spend 30 minutes in the store trying to decipher what to get, they've got an endless supply!

The selection is great, the wine selection is so large its overwhelming but the people that work there are highly knowledgeable and friendly. Have not toured the cheese shop as much as I would like, but they also have a massive selection and knowledgeable folks.

The best place for a lunch sandwich in NE! They also have unique, European cheeses, olives, meats and butter. Great side item options and an assortment of baked goods, too! Knowledgeable and friendly counter staff, I visit Surdyk's cheese shop weekly.

That supposedly city official looked like a steet begger that was upset about not receiving any free handouts.
I would've called the police on him for impersonating a city official for sure. But no, instead the clearly disgruntled man as he left that fine establishment ran into me on the way out, knocked me to the side like he robbed the place and did not even look back.
I feel the City should look into the guy with the leather jacket and dirty baseball cap claiming to be a city official ruffing folks up.

This is the best liquor store around, period. Huge selection, best prices, especially in their enormous wine section. Oh yea and they're on Amazon Prime Now so if you have a prime account you can have it all delivered!

Large store, gluten free beer and sake options, clean, & friendly staff. The reason I choose this place is for the DELICIOUS deli and cheese shop. Along with entrees, unique sides, soups, and dessert, they sell canned goods, spices, tea, kombucha & much in between.

I have always enjoyed shopping at Surdyk's. The wine, spirits, and beer selection are top notch and the service is outstanding! I also frequent the cheese shop on a regular basis. I really appreciate the selection of local products. My only complaint is they don't take American Express cards. Since we are a Delta hub town, many folks have the SkyMiles card. I hate not earning my miles when I shop!

This grocery is very well known. The wines were very good and we got to sample quite a bit. The deli is delicious! I wish we had more time here. If we lived in the area we'd be here all the time.

Default. Beer selection is OK, liquor selection is excellent with some really weird gaps, wine selection is stellar. Service can be snippy. Yeah, it's just OK. A bit overpriced, actually.

High-end liquor store with a cheese shop on site. wide selection of liquors of all types in great food from their cheese shop / deli. Their brownies and desserts are to die for. Highly recommended!

It's a decent liquor store. Saw a disturbing video recently of their "in-house theft prevention" measures. But that withstanding liquor store is well stocked with decent prices. They also have a customer club that gives you something back (although you have to spend QUITE alot to redeem anything). Never tried the deli because ...well it's cheese and the prices seemed extremely high.

Cheese shop is unrivaled in Minnesota. The knowledge behind the counter is unmatched along with the selection.

Nice place, great cheese and good service. The young lady recommened some good cheeses. Great service at the liquor store. I was looking for a item that they didn't have but the guy was helpful in helping me find something else.

This store and their employees actively discriminate against those with disabilities and families. When I asked to speak with a manager about this issue Lynn hung up on me. Do not do business if you value treating others with respect.

I love this liquor store. There's so many different varieties of things you can buy. I love it when they do free wine tastings here. But my absolute favorite part about Surdyk's is their deli/ cheese shop. I am a dessert lover and when Cafe Latte seem too far of a drive, I go to Surdyk's to get my dessert fix. The kinds of cakes they sell changes every day but there's always something perfect for my taste buds. The cheese there is amazing too. I have loved every single one I've tried.

Well layed out liquor store with good parking during non peak hours. Deli at attached Cheese shop is spendy but exceptionally delicious.

Extremely good collection of liquor, beer , wine and cheese

I was there at 630 pm local time on a Wednesday and was told they we closed for the night. Apparently Surdyks makes enough to close early at night. Myself and a separate group of four ladies wanted to sit at the bar, as there was barely enough room with seated customers, but were told they had just closed.
And sad to think MSP has them as a vendor. If all vendors closed early, it would be a ghost town in Terminal 2. They need to be ousted, and in their place, a vendor who appreciates the opportunity to serve the customer.

I don't like shopping here because I've been treated pretty poorly. On a couple of occasions, I've had staff pursuit me in the story so I can put my messenger bag in an open cart near the front door (no one watching the area or assisting. It's a self-service grab a clothes pin with two matching playing cards. Clip one to the bag and keep the other.)
I'm sure it's their policy and assest protection, but I've seen and have in the past walked in the store with large bags without a fuss. When I asked staff about the strictness or lack of, the simple reply was *we always make people put their bags there."
So I go to another store 15 minutes away that treats everyone consistently.

Its basically a liquor store and next door is a cheese shop. Its in the name, however this liquor store has everything you would need to start your own mini bar. The cheese section is forbidden to me because of my intolerance in everything dairy, but its clean and people are willing to help you quickly and efficiently.

Great craft/micro selection, great wine selection, the great deli sandwiches! A rewards program too!
