I am about to lease a space with them, our talk was okay. Ms. Vasquez said she is going to prepare the agreement within the day, then ask to extend the next day. So I said okay. I was about to leave the house the next morning, I received a short noticed text that I could no longer lease the space because the client bought the whole room. #pa-asa. VERY DISSAPOINTED!
This place is awesome. Perfect for anyone who is looking for an open space to work. Centrally located just a couple blocks away from Ayala Center. This place has a pantry with coffee, water, etc. The staff is very welcoming and willing to help with anything you may need!

I've been a member of this Cebu coworking space for the last 3 months and I have no complains. There's always a desk available. Nice ambiance and respect between the members and walk-in users. The place is great for both freelancers and teams, as you always have a meeting room available. The place offers everything you'd expect from a regular office (printer, conference room, unlimited coffee and VoIP). A co-working space just across Ayala at a reasonable rate. You can have your own private space, the internet is reliable, and there s free coffee. Staffs are also very accommodating. You guys should check this place out!
