Superstition Springs Toyota Review

Nothing less than an amazing experience! From looking to signing, this was definitely the place to go. Our salesman, Chris Beverly, was incredibly helpful, friendly and most importantly, he wasn't pushy. Not much worse than the typical salesman pressure of buying a car, but we dodged that bullet in our case. Once we found "the one", we got what we expected for our trade in, a fair price for the new car and a decent rate/term for the loan. Our finance manager, Mike Powell, walked us through every question we had. He didn't rush us through anything, if we had questions, he stopped and answered them in a respectful manner. We appreciated how easy this was. That's almost impossible to understand, when talking about a car buying experience!

I chose Earnhardt Toyota because they were the first dealership out of a long list to be able to meet my expectations as a consumer. I live in California, and Mike Meed at Earnhardt Toyota made the process of buying from out of state very easy on our end. He answered every question we had and was as transparent as we could expect. He went above and beyond, and made us feel secure in our choice in buying with this dealership. I would definitely buy from this dealership again. Worth the time it took us to drive from SoCal to Arizona to pick up our truck.

Awesome experience. I was greeted immediately by Michael who was super helpful in helping me pick out my new Camry. Mike was able to handle all my questions professionally and I never once felt any pressure or like he was trying to sell me something. Brad the sales manager is great too, he sealed the deal on pricing and made it a quick and easy process for my wife and I. They did a really good job of making sure I leave with a car I want and the price I want. We had a little hiccup after the purchase but it was fixed right away. That is the only reason I'm giving 4 stars. Other than that, they will do everything they can to make sure you leave happy. I would definitely recommend this dealership to Friends and family.

This is the second Toyota that I have purchased from Earnhardt Toyota and probably not my last. In the past a Toyota dealer would not bring in a car in from another local dealership. Earnhardt drove a Toyota to another dealership and back to trade for mine, and it was not a short drive! I was in for an accessory and Scott at the accessory counter spent time to help me install Toyota Remote Services! What a great No Bull dealership! The old and the new.

I was greeted by Ali who made me feel comfortable and he showed me around and guided me through the available cars there.
I must say that this was my best car shopping experience ever. The salesman was very informative and he was answering every question of mine patiently.
Nowadays, it commonly seems that car salesmen just don t do enough good job and their only objective is to get money out of your wallet. But, salesman like Ali delivers an incredible service and gives a very pleasant experience.
