Even one star is too much. Supermedia should be avoided. Every month there are interruptions / disruptions in the Internet supply, and with a larger failure, there is no communication. Later, a correction fee is issued (due to failure), which lowers the value of the fee by PLN 1 !!!! The company is very reliable and timely in sending spam and invoices. This is definitely a plus In the 21st century and with such competition on the market, the services of this company are a joke.
Several times every day the connection is broken. Every day! Sometimes for more than 10 minutes. For people who are working from home, this is horrible. Very unstable connection that is interrupted often.
I have been a supermedia customer for about seven years. I can see one thing - a glaring drop in the quality of service to price ratio. It is not only about the Internet / TV but also about the attitude towards the customer. Due to the change of operator, I asked to release and mark the cable so that the fitter from the new operator had no problems with connecting. The Supermedia employee did not come for an hour after the agreed time, so I called the hotline. There I got information that the fitter was already there, it is not known if he marked the cable. To my question, how are we to identify the cable, then, the hotline said that the fitter from the new operator should check all the cables with a potentiometer or other device. I will only add that I live in a block of about 50 apartments. It is very weak.

I have had internet with a Supermedia router for 3 years. During this time, it never happened that I had problems with the Internet or its range. I believe that the prices are attractive compared to the competition. However, I have to take 1 star because, in fact, due to a failure that occurred 2 days ago, the defect has not been repaired so far and contact with customer service is practically impossible at the moment. However, despite this, I believe that Supermedia is a good service provider and I can recommend it with a clear conscience

Internet is always dropping and for someone who does online school and also works from home this is highly inconvenient, also the speeds also drop drastically making the connection quite slow and unreliable
Frequent breakdowns, sometimes like today, last all day. In addition, the signal often breaks, teleconferences must be connected using the phone as a router, otherwise the connection can be disconnected several times. There have been no such problems with other internet providers, unfortunately it is the only provider in my area so far. When it comes to television, it also often stutters, but compared to the Internet it works better.
There is no internet for days, almost in the center of Warsaw !!! No reaction, using the services of this company is a horror !!!! The answer below is a lie - we didn't get any redress. They lied that as compensation it would be HBO for free for a month and they didn't even turn it on! Although they should give back money for the entire month of subscription. They hire people who can't fix the internet all day long.
