I have had internet with a Supermedia router for 3 years. During this time, it never happened that I had problems with the Internet or its range. I believe that the prices are attractive compared to the competition. However, I have to take 1 star because, in fact, due to a failure that occurred 2 days ago, the defect has not been repaired so far and contact with customer service is practically impossible at the moment. However, despite this, I believe that Supermedia is a good service provider and I can recommend it with a clear conscience
