I haven t worked with Christian before, but I have worked with Mindy in the past, and I work for her now at Ft. Belvior. She is an outstanding manager and we are lucky to have ended up with her. She is amazing at managing the customers expectations, she will ensure that you are recognized for doing a good job, and she is great at making sure the team works well together. She also makes sure you have what you need to do your job and she has your back. As far as I know, every customer she has had loves her and because of that, the customer interactions are generally pleasant. Most importantly, she ensures that those that are working with you and supporting you are doing the job that they were hired to do. She is very much a big picture person and when she is on a contract you know it ll run as smoothly as it can.
If you aren t capable of doing the job you were hired to do, she will work with you to get you on track, however if you don t try, or you re the type of person that comes to work and surfs the web all day she will let you go. That s a good thing for those of us that aren t incompetent and/or lazy. The point above about making sure those around you are supporting you is something that s missed by many managers and it makes the rest of our lives much harder.
To the person below that complained about her and Christian, my guess is that you were either incompetent, lazy, or both and were either let go or demoted because of that. You own failings don t make her a bad manager, they make you a bad employee.

Trash company, full of trashy people. Ask them about their failed 2017 - 2018 JSP contract at 2530 Crystal City Drive in Arlington. Trashy company deserving of a trashy CPAR. They cost many people their jobs. Greedy fools. Christian Kim and Malinda (Mindy) Kroeniger were involved. I heard they're trying to go to Ft. Belvoir, watch out!!!!!
