Decision to use Superior Walls/Collier on my project was a great choice. Installed for over 16 years now with zero problems. Can't imagine why anyone would lay block foundation walls when this technology is available and less expensive (at least it was in my case). Two days and I had 2,000 sqft of engineered foundation in place with framed-out door and window openings!

Started installing these in 1994 and while we don't do residential construction anymore, I have these walls in my home I built in 2007 and will have them again in the new house I'm planning. As an excavtion contractor, I'd guess we've excavated and backfilled these 50+ times, never a call back.

Don't ever think about these walls. They are no good. Ours pulled away from the house about 3to 4inches. It's been 18 years ago that we put our house up. If we would have noticed it years ago maybe we could have done something about it. It's sickening. Please do not do this.
