Just needed a VERY bad living room carpet cleaned. It really needed to be replaced, but I could only afford a cleaning. They came out within two days and did a great job. Can't believe they got it to look as good as they did. It was horribly stained. The price was very reasonable too. Will use these guys again in the future.
10/30/2017. I would like to share my story about Superior Rapid Responce. I had a skull fountain out as a Halloween decoration and accidentally knocked it over onto my cream colored carpet. It was full of fake RED blood!!!!! The kind that stains everything, even your skin. It takes bleach to remove it! I was frantic. I tried a couple businesses but no one could help me. Finally I called my friend and she said to call them. She uses them and said they were the best! So I called and they were busy but would see what they could do to help. They called back and said they would be there in 45 minutes. They came and tested an area to see if they could remove the stain. I appreciated that because if not they would let me know so I wouldn't waste money on something that couldn't be fixed. They worked so hard for 2 1/2 hours and finally got it out. I couldn't believe it!!!! I was so happy and relieved!!! They really are professionals and know exactly what they are doing. I was very impressed and will use them again and tell all my friends about them!!

James absolutely saved the day! We were moving out of our house monday at noon and had scheduled to have our carpets cleaned by someone else sunday and they never showed up! couldn't get them on the phone! I was panicking! Luckily James answered and even though all his staff were booked he came out himself to do our carpets monday morning before we left! What service! and a great job too! Highly recommend!!

I had these guys clean my office floor and it looks like a brand new floor. I was expecting a slight improvement, but what I got was spectacular and above and beyond my expectations. It was so clean and shiny my employees joked that they would need sunglasses inside. I am far more than satisfied, and will refer them to everyone.

This is our 2nd time using Superior and they are the best! Called and Jeff was here the next day to clean an off white dining room chair that had a plate of pasta with red sauce dumped on it. The stains are completely gone and Jeff is very professional and polite. He also was able to get another hideous stain out of our off white couch a few years back. I wouldn t call anyone else!

I hadn't had my carpets cleaned in over three years. With 4 young kids, there were juice stains, candy, and even toothpaste in areas. In addition two areas rugs needed help as well. I called Jimmy, and his guys came right out. Within an hour and 15 minutes, they had deep cleaned 4 bedrooms, a hallway, and the carpeted stairs. The carpet looks (and feels) new again. The area rugs were taken to the shop, and they are now stain free (one had a big red wine stain on it). The job was done professionally, and the best part was receiving the bill which was much less than I was expecting. I will have Superior Rapid Response out at least once per year from now on! Last December, after my 86 year old father decided to use a pressure washer to clean his carpet-inside the house-I called and spoke with James. Within an hour he had gone to my dad's house and assessed the situation. He was honest and told me that it was a job that he could not handle, but he referred me in the right direction. Since I was dealing with this situation from out of town, a less scrupulous person could have taken advantage of the situation. I will forever be grateful to James for his help. Thanks again.

My wife and I needed to have our tile and carpets cleaned in our house so we could put it on the market for Sale. They wher right on time and very professional they did a fabulous job. The floors looked just as good as the day they wher installed same with the carpets. When we find our new house we will be calling them again to clean our furniture and floors before we move in.
