Last December, after my 86 year old father decided to use a pressure washer to clean his carpet-inside the house-I called and spoke with James. Within an hour he had gone to my dad's house and assessed the situation. He was honest and told me that it was a job that he could not handle, but he referred me in the right direction. Since I was dealing with this situation from out of town, a less scrupulous person could have taken advantage of the situation. I will forever be grateful to James for his help. Thanks again.
