Quality was great. I have been waiting 8 months to get factory defective pieces of travertine replaced. So many missed appointments that I cant count. If you use Superior Pools please finance because the only way they get paid is to complete the job. If you pay cash as I did they just don't care. I will update this if they do come to finish my pool. Update. Owner called and said it will be done in 30 days.

We would highly recommend Superior Pools and Spas after our excellent experience with them. The entire process from our first meeting with Jake, Sales and Design, through the installation process with Ian, Project Manager, went smoothly. The installation process took only seven weeks to complete. The staff and work crews at Superior Pools and Spas were always professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Whenever we had a question or even a small change they were always willing to help us and try to accommodate our requests. We are now enjoying a beautiful pool and our house has become the favorite place for our family to hang out. Thank you Superior Pools and Spas!!
All in all they deserve 6 stars. The process of building a pool can be very stressful for a homeowner. However, with Superior Pool and the leadership of Pete and Ian, our custom pool build was seem less. We couldn t be happier. Everything they said they would do they did. When weather was an issue the time was made back up and we kept to the schedule. I strongly recommend Superior Pool to anyone in the market for a quality custom pool.

When we were researching a pool company, we were looking for good service and high quality product as it is a complex project and we don t have time to worry about anything. Superior Pools & Spas delivered from A to Z on time. We were rest assured we are getting highest quality product by the lifetime warranty on the pool shell and other components which only few companies are confident to offer such guarantees. On the other hand, this team build so many pools a months, are experts at what they do and while very busy, always make themselves available to address questions. Ralph the lead designer is probably one of the best designers you will meet. He lived and built pools everywhere including CA and taught many pool design classes. Kathy and John(s) are the hardest working folks and know how to get it done. What is also important that the owner Peter is accessible and kudos for such a good company. We are very pleased with the end product and strongly recommend Superior Pools & Spas.
Superior pools designed and built a gorgeous pool and spa for us this summer. We love the sound of the waterfalls, handsome flagstone coping, high end pebbletec finish, pretty blue and taupe tiles and stunning colored light effects at night. We ran into some snags but they made it right and we are very happy with the end product. We enjoyed the pool school training on how to operate our equipment and use the handy app. We will be using Superior for our weekly pool maintenance service going forward as well. We are enjoying our backyard experience very much and would highly recommend Superior.
Working with Zach to get the pool installed was great. Once he took over our project things moved smoothly and communication improved tremendously. He did everything in his power to accommodate us and make what we wanted work. Alex was super! He is kind and nice and so willing to work with us. They interjected ideas to help us see the final product. The pool installation folks were wonderful. We loved the concrete company (H2D concrete) recommended, and hired them for an additional project.
All in all, we are happy with the installation. Now, if we can get through the inherent mud phase that is just part of the installation, and a part Zack and company can't do anything about, especially with the hurricanes and downpours we have experienced.
I was pleasantly surprised at the finished results. Geoff designed a beautiful pool and John G with his crew keep me informed on construction. I highly recommend there services. All questions were answered in timely manner. John made project stress free. Kathy and office staff made every effort to make you feel comfortable. A rating!!
