Superior Mortgage Review

It took me a few weeks to gather the right words to explain the entire experience that I had with superior mortgage where Isha & Lisa assisted me. First and foremost they are LIARS. They publicly post that they can help get people with regular credit home loans and the reality is they CANNOT. They will lie, extend closing time and time again to the point where your entire deal will fall through. My deal along with 7 others fell apart at the same time while Superior was trying to get everyone mortgages. They wait until the completely last minute to tell you to pay items down, they don t check the credit in advance nor are they honest about rapid rescores. Completely dishonest people who are ruining families out of homes. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT YOU USE THEM!!! Go somewhere else and save your self the heart break of having your deal fall threw.

Lisa is unprofessional and one of the worst people I've ever dealt with. Doesn't do her job and blames everyone else . Do not go here

Amazing experience working with Superior Mortgage. Jorge Gonzalez kept us informed and answered our many many questions pretty much daily. The entire team works hard at making the experience as painless as possible. 48 hours before closing the team was able to save us over $20k due to dips in the market. The time invested to help the financial health for my family after closing proved their service is not only Amazing but personal. The owner Lisa is an amazing leader. The whole team is compassionate and knowledgeable. I will be telling everyone I know to use Superior Mortgage Co. and I HIGHLY recommend them for ANY of your real-estate needs.

I just closed on my first home, i was recommended by a friend to try Superior Mortgage out because, she had a great experience with them in the past.. well i want to say, those women in the office were so patient and helpful. i worked with Lydia and Lisa and they were both fantastic. When Lydia or Lisa weren't available to talk who ever answered the phone helped me so i didn't have to wonder or wait. They kept me posted through out the whole process and I will definitely recommend them to anyone i know.

We had an terrible overall experience with this mortgage company. We worked with Lydia and Lisa, Lydia has so much attitude. We were buying this house with money we recieved from a lawsuit settlement. We had proof of where the money came from our lawyer and they still said that, that wasn t enough. They wanted us to purge a letter from a family member saying they gave us the money. When my dad told them no you never told us we needed that they continued to say they told us this in the beginning we needed this and called my 53 yr old disabled dad a liar. This company is so disrespectful and is so unorganized and waited until the last week of closing to tell us we needed more papers and costs us our home.

Lisa was quick and efficient; Jorge was amazingly responsive, patient, and thorough. I will be using them for all of my future business, and recommending them whenever possible.

I m very pleased with the personal attention I received from Lisa and her team. The loan went smooth and easy. Their correspondence back and forth was very professional. I was impressed with the E sign program they have. Everything was as promised. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for home finance.

I would give it two stars for the fact that they assisted us in buying our house. But they need work in organization. To many hands on the pot. at closing we didnt have all the information even though it stated that they had to give it to us three days prior to closing. Me and my wife were surprised on how the final numbers were changed and was not explained to us. But all in all it was not a good experience.

THE PROCESS WITH SUPERIOR MORTGAGE AND THEIR TEAM COULD NOT HAVE BEEN BETTER, I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

I cannot say enough what a wonderful experience it was working with Lisa and Lydia at Superior. This was not my first purchase of a home, and I have refinanced once to a shorter term AND opened a HELOC. My interaction with Lisa and Lydia was far more efficient and hassle-free in comparison to the prior three transactions. They were responsive, communicative and clear on what we would need to close quickly on our new home. The seller wanted to close within 45 days of our contract and we were able to get it done thanks to Lydia and Lisa. They stayed in touch with me regarding rates and "nagged" me to get all the documents in 10 days prior to closing so there would be no last minute rush. Our closing was therefore calm and peaceful. Five stars!!

Unfortunately my experience wasn t the best with this company i wasn t 100% confident about anything they we re telling me seem more like bs the professionalism as well as communication is horrible the bottom line is use this company with caution

I want to take a moment to give Thanks to Superior mortgage. The firm helped me to close on my first house In less then 20 Days.
Lisa and Lydia gave me a preapproval and a list of documents required to initiate the process. I gave them all documents on time and all the process went smooth.

Superior Mortgage co. Helped me to get my second house. I decided to buy my second house as an investment. The process took a lot of time but at the end we were able to close.
There were few things that we could it had done differently to had the closing faster.
