Awesome to work with! Replaced my furnace, water heater, a/c, and half of the plumbing in the basement. They moved everything so it was less cluttered and made room for a laundry tub and softener. Everything looks wonderful and finished in a day and a half. The price was well in our budget and very reasonable!

I ve used Superior for both plumbing and furnace issues. Excellent service coupled with fair pricing is hard to find. These guys are it. No inflated flat rate rate pricing is a huge plus!
People BEWARE!! Do NOT do business with this company unless you are willing to take the chance of getting overcharged after the work is done and then they will threaten to take you to court if you do not pay the full amount of the bill that is now twice as much as the estimate! Look at Minnesota courts records at the hundreds of lawsuits they have filed against their customers over the years. Don't let this be you!
From start to finish Superior Mechanical was professional, responsive and helpful. Levi Bock, a division manager, came out promptly to assess the work that we needed (natural gas piping in on various applicances, etc and operation)and spent considerable time discussing my options. Every time I contacted him to discuss dates and cost estimates he responded quickly and professionally. The crew he sent were equally professional, helpful and personable. They were neat, considerate and did an outstanding quality job. I highly recommend Superior Mechanical.

Great experience with Superior Mechanical. The project manager I worked with (Jeff Jaeger) was helpful in recommending all the options available with the fixing the really old a/c in my rental. Ultimately, I decided to buy a new a/c unit for my rental property and he gave me all the options and was never pushy. They were on time, left things clean inside the property and had great communication. They were also more affordable than other estimates I got.

Poor Customer service and not responsive!! Had a technician look at my furnace in October and ended up wanting to just replace it. Told me that he would pass along my contact information for the sales dept. to contact me for setting up a furance quote. Never heard from them!! I also had them replace my garage disposal which was told they would get back to me on regarding the limited warranty which it was still under it Never heard back. They take my money and never hear back from them!!
