Love the product but very disappointed with the lack of customer service. After purchasing a bracelet and the mini snaps for a gift, the mini snaps seem to fall out. Apparently they said there was nothing they could do. Hoping for a response because yet another new snap has fallen out and been lost. She pretty much has to wear it without any snaps :(

This is an amazing company! I have been a sales consultant for approximately 7.5 months and have been promoted 4 times since then! The jewellery and accessories are great quality, they are customizable which is very unique, there is always a beautiful selection and the customer service is the best of any company I have ever worked for! I read a negative review on here about someone having a problem returning a damaged item. I have to say that this unfortunately was due to your sales rep, not the company. I have had to do returns for a couple of customers and when there is damage (which is rare) all that is required is a photo of the damage. The sales rep creates a return, sends this info to the company and a replacement is sent out within a couple of days at the most. I am in awe at how fast they are! I have never experienced an issue with this company. They fully stand behind their products. I love this line as do the many repeat customers who buy from me. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Five stars

I love their jewelry, i have a bunch of it, so a 5 for jewelry. Customer service? A zero. Customer service was not helpful and worse, they were rude. I'll average it for 3 stars.

I have been very happy with the fun variety and excellent quality of this jewelry. I have very sensitive skin and have had no skin reactions! The customer service is fantastic and I continue to be impressed with the vision and momentum of this company!

So, when I joined Magnolia and Vine I wasn t sure about the quality and to be honest not sure how it would go or if I would even keep my kit. Well, my goodness I was blown away at the quality of design and duribility. I like to tell people that you get to create your own look. You actually can have one purse/bracelet and have many looks. So fun!! It is so gratifying to hear from people how much they love their purchases. I m often stopped out in public so ladies can show me what they are wearing. I still wear one of the bracelets I fell in love with in my kit. It is still just as shiny as when I joined this great family in 2016.

My mom and I had a magnolia and vine party, very disappointed with the quality of the items. My mother s bracelet that she purchased is tarnished and looks terrible, after wearing to her office job for 1 day! I purchased and received my items, I got the white sunglasses, they fit crooked, and the coating is peeling off, haven t even wore them for a week! The necklace that I received leaves a rash around my neck, I specifically asked if there was nickel in the jewelry because I have allergy to nickel, the rep swore up and down that it does not. Needless to say the amount of money spent, we are out a ton of stuff because the quality of this jewelry is terrible. I have messaged the rep many many times and been ignored! I will not be ordering these products ever again!

If I could give negative 10 stars, I would. VERY displeased with the quality of these items. My husband got me various items as gifts. Within two days, I lost the one snap all together, one of the others (owl) lost a stone, and the one bracelet was way too big for my wrist. I can't believe these items cost as much as they do for being so poor quality. I will NOT purchase from here, nor will I recommend to anybody. Don't waste your money
