Just want to let people know that Greg Snyder made purchasing a car for our daughter a wonderful experience. We only had part of a day and did not know what we wanted. Greg took us for several test drives in different vehicles and really helped us figure out what we wanted. He effectively explained all the features and benefits with each car and was able to give comparisons to other makes and models. His attention to detail and explanation for the safety features was extremely helpful. We selected a 2021 Tucson that our daughter is extremely happy with. Thanks Greg for helping us with this very special purchase.

Matt and Jarrod made this the best car-buying experience I've had to-date. Rather than spending 6+ hours going back and forth, over and over, we got the deal done in close to record time. I was treated well and the professionalism shown by the two gentlemen mentioned was astounding. I'm very pleased with how business leading-up to the purchase day was communicated and Matt was excellent at answering all my questions. I felt like a priority, didn't have to sit and twiddle thumbs, and the knowledge shown by Jarrod in getting through the fine-print was exceptional. I'm blown away by how well things went today. If you go into Nissan, ask for Joe, or Sam, both are wonderful and a pleasure. Adella was our closing person and made that part of the process pain free. LOVE my new Nissan Rogue! The 2021 Rogue is worth the test drive, I am so impressed with all of the new features they put on it, I couldn't be happier. :)

Collin Costello is the best car representative I have ever worked with. It was a smooth, seamless process from start to finish. The terms, pricing and incredible help with getting everything we wanted was truly beyond our anticipation. I cannot say enough good things about Collin or about his stupendous professionalism. I will recommend Collin to friends and family, and I hope the Suntrup organization realizes what a gem they have in him.

I have bought many cars over the years and I have had some very unpleasant experiences. The reason I chose Suntrup Nissan was because of the high ratings people left for the dealership - and I was not disappointed! Suntrup also had the best selection of the vehicle I was after compared to other Nissan dealerships in the St. Louis area.

Sam Dominguez was my salesman and was easily the best salesperson I have ever worked with. Sam listened to me when I told him I did NOT want to deal on payment amounts, but wanted to deal in dollar amounts for my trade-in and the new vehicle - and this is exactly what we did. As a result, we were able to come to terms very quickly. Sam also took the time to let me have a decent test drive, fully explained all the features of the vehicle, and also made sure I got the vehicle with the features and color I really wanted. The financing process was also very quick and easy and I actually got zero-percent financing for 60-months - and you can t beat that! I will NOT hesitate to recommend Suntrup Nissan, and especially Sam Dominguez, to anyone who wants to buy a new car and also have a great buying experience.

I will only give this dealership 5 Star's because of the sale's person, who went above and beyond the call to duty. I live in Kansas City and I was looking for a certain car for my wife, her Birthday is on the 12/21/2020 and I wanted to be her Hero, as always. Kelly Wallis help me be that hero, I could only get down there on the weekend and I NEEDED HER TO HOLD THE CAR FOR ME . yes I know that's asking a lot but she did it. Kelly was there when I got there & she Knew I was on the time clock because I wanted to Play Santa to my grandkids while I was in town, So I say Thank you Mrs. Wallis and I will be Recommending you TO everyone I know in Kansas city and in St Louis. The Car fit's perfect also!

We left Kentucky searching for a new car since we could not get a good deal there we decided to drive to St Louis..the very first email that Joe Dawidouski sent me I knew it was going to be the right decision, he kept me updated on the vehicle I wanted through out our drive until we reached our destination. I emailed Joe and told him we were on the way..when we pulled up to Suntrup Joe had the car pulled around ,put me in it for a test drive..from the moment we walked in we were treated with complete professionalism we got a awesome discount and Great financing, we left there thankful and not only did Joe do such a wonderful job on our purchase he also took the time to give us restaurant ideas in some of the historical area ..which we seek and conquered..We will be back, and we will refer our family and friends to Suntrup.. When we are ready for our next vehicle Suntrup will be our first and final stop.. Thanks Joe and to all the staff. Best birthday I could have ever wanted

Just had a fantastic experience purchasing my new Nissan here. Normally I am apprehensive about purchasing a car but it was very smooth and efficient. After contacting the sales department the whole experience, from evaluating my trade in, test driving and financing, was all done in a few hours.

Aaron made sure the car I was interested was ready for me as soon as I got into the dealership and was very knowledgeable about the car; helping me understand all the new features. He was very patient and did not pressure me at all. Aaron made sure we were able to reach a price point that was within our budget and I would definitely come back to buy a car from him again. If you are on the fence - it never hurts to reach out and see what they can help you with and you may just end up with a new car!

Terry is absolutely amazing! He took great care of my son! The vehicles are certified. They included a bumper to bumper warranty and lifetime warranty on power train. They have earned a lifetime loyalty from us.

We worked with Brad Hotop at the Nissan dealership and had an excellent experience. This was our first time buying a new car and we were a little nervous that we would get a pushy salesperson but that was not our experience at all. Brad was very helpful and took the time to make sure we were getting what we wanted and staying within our budget. We walked out with a 2021 Nissan Sentra and are very happy with our purchase and our experience at Suntrup.
