I have bought many cars over the years and I have had some very unpleasant experiences. Sam Dominguez was my salesman and was easily the best salesperson I have ever worked with. Sam listened to me when I told him I did NOT want to deal on payment amounts, but wanted to deal in dollar amounts for my trade-in and the new vehicle - and this is exactly what we did. As a result, we were able to come to terms very quickly. Sam also took the time to let me have a decent test drive, fully explained all the features of the vehicle, and also made sure I got the vehicle with the features and color I really wanted. The financing process was also very quick and easy and I actually got zero-percent financing for 60-months - and you can t beat that! I will NOT hesitate to recommend Suntrup Nissan, and especially Sam Dominguez, to anyone who wants to buy a new car and also have a great buying experience.
