Don't expect SunTalk Solar to follow through on warranty work. I am now 3 months into "we are waiting for parts". No follow up calls. Only having the dates pushed back each step of the way. I have done all of the outreaching. Really not a company that stands behind their promises or is very helpful if you are expecting them to stand up for whatever they offer. Look elsewhere.

UPDATE (4/27/2020): SunTalk Solar was not at fault for delays. It was an issue with parts manufacturing and shipping. Once parts were available the process of getting our system up an running was very quick.

The entire SunTalk Solar team is amazing - from Sam to Elisa. Everything was communicated and every question was answered about every aspect of the system and timeline. Would highly recommend and I would use them again!

Professional from the start. Cody and Elisa kept me up to date on the schedule and.answered many of my questions. I look forward moving forward with Solar again. Save the Planet!!

Sun talk installed my panels, since the beginning i've had nothing but problems. To start, i lost half my panels in the first month due to a bad install. This was fixed but it cost me since the panels were out so long. Now 2 years or so later my inverter is not working and they cant figure out why. so now im stuck paying for them to figure it out since only the inverter is covered under warranty, not the labor. Im also a journeyman electrician, but cant touch anything or it voids the warranty. I paid a lot for this system and firmly believe this should all be covered.

We had been thinking on getting solar for a while. We got several quotes and offers. SunTalk was the one we picked. We are very happy with our installation.

Had a great install experience with SunTalk. They handled everything and kept me informed every step of the way. Installers and electricians were courteous and professional. Our project manager, Elisa, answered all my questions and provided all the info I asked for, not to mention handling all the permitting (even dealing with the HOA). Thumbs up!
