Everything was on point. I loved the place. The rooms were clean and smelling fresh. Ohhh the two cleaners were darling to be kissed. I can't wait to return. The place deserves a million stars if it's possible.

Great location, a few steps from the Point Mall and some good restaurants. While not having great (any) views from the apartment we stayed in, the location as a base for exploring Cape Town, the Waterfront and Camps Bay is superb. Many restaurants (check out the Mojo Market) are in walking distance and the beach and Sea Point pool are a couple of blocks away. Cleaning staff were super friendly and the room we stayed in was neat and tidy and pleasantly decorated. Ideal for a business stay or as a base for exploring the city if on holiday.

Had serious security issues with someone trying to gain access to the room and parties in rooms that went on until 01h00. Was escalated to the ops manager, she was going to call the police. Was not prepared to refund us for the remaining 4 nights after we notified her that we were going to find alternative accommodation. They were not prepared to take any responsibility.

Wonderful apartment, great staff, best location in Cape Town

Great apartment in a secure complex in Seapoint. Equipment and cleanliness were OK, small terrace available, pool, washing machine, small gym area.

Earlier check-in was possible, extremely friendly reception. Questions in advance were answered extremely quickly.

Location: about 100 meters away is a small shopping center including Checkers supermarket. The sea is about 200 meters away.

Conclusion: highly recommended.

I recommend Sunshine Letting to all my business associates and to friends. Always received wonderful ,professional service .

There are endless problems with prepaid electricity that is arrears and owners are ignorant,however the staff are very friendly and helpful though.

Robbery at Planet Africa

We rented an apartment and within two hours of booking in, we went out, only to come back and were cleaned out. All of our electronic goods, and branded items were taken, so we were only left with a few clothes.

We did not stay their and were refunded, however, after the entire incident we were left "out of pocket" with our insurance claim. Sunshine Letting absolutely refused to make an attempt to assist in this.

The agent was not surprised about the robbery as they have seemingly been a large number of breakins, and believe it is an inside job. It would have been nice to know this information priori to checking in. It left out having to find other accommodation at short notice, and being out of pocket a large amount.

I will never book through them again, due to the lack of interest to assist in the amount we were out of pocket.

Wonderful and central! perfect for holiday and Work..

The place was not what it looked like in the pictures.It wasn't comfortable at all being there.It wasn't worth the money.. Toilet papers were not enough,the place did not provide the services that were promised .

Sunshine letting.. . Oh where to begin.

The name implies a place of enjoyment and positivity. It is indeed the opposite that awaits any poor patron of this hellish establishment.

The pictures look wonderful online but on arrival you quickly realise you were sold a dream. The rooms are dark and stuffy and the living area is filthy.

The "amenities" on offer haven't been properly maintained since the birth of South Africa's democracy.

If you looking to enjoy all the beautiful city of Cape. Town has to offer, find another place to stay!

Lovely wkend at Planet Africa (Cape Town-sea point)

Easter holiday. Had some great days in Cape Town. We stayed in a two bedrooms apartment at Sunshine letting. The apartment was great. Big rooms, 2 bathrooms and it had a big balcony over the outdoor area. The outdoor area was not so green as the pictures on internet but that is because everyone is trying to save some water so I understand that. The place was perfect. short way to the beach and the shopping street. Many good restaurante in that area also. Very friendly staff. It was clean and we had a great stay.

Great location and good accommodation to help I suggest a new fan the heat is great and the appliance is bad

Beautiful setting in the quite part of See point.
I felt very safe and protected in the complex.
The friendly staff reminded me to please use the safe and pointed out how to be safe in Cape Town and in general.
The staff are a Dream, so helpful and charming.
The complex is beautifully taken care of.
I can only recommend staying there!

Had a wonderful experience and felt right at home in one of the lovely apartments. Rooms were spotless and the staff were efficient and friendly. Will certainly be back. We couldn't work out how the TV worked on our first night and Bethany was there in a flash to help us out. Highly recommended!

We stayed 2 weeks in a Studio Apartment and where quite satisfied with our experience. Despite the fact that's a 3 star location, my rating is 4 stars because the of the proximity to Sea Point centre with all its restaurants, bars, an shops. We always felt safe, in- and outside the apartment complexes. Staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay there again.

Noisy, poorly soundproofed, no reception (we waited 40 minutes to find qqun likely to help us). Kitchen very little equipped and utensil of poor quality. Otherwise very good location, nice terrace and well furnished

Location to supermarkets and other sightseeing spots is good.
The rooms are large enough and there is a kitchen so you can cook your own meals. There is no need to worry about sightseeing with a rental car, as it will prepare a parking lot. If you come to Cape Town for sightseeing, I would definitely recommend it.
