The place is good. Beautiful serene but they do not have customers in mind. That result to the 3 stars. The location for the waiting place for customers is in the sun and no shade. This is a very big minus. The seats too are rusted . The annoying part is, is in the Centre of thier sewage system which is easily inhaled. I was expecting a medical facility to know better. I urge them to do better to get a change of review and a 5 stars.

I don't understand why if you are to pay with a Visa card for a service, you are charged extra 2.5 % in addition to your bill.when l queried l was told is company policy. I thought we are trying to get into a cashless system as a country and encourage use our visa cards more.Really disappointing.
Waiting time for MRI report is just too long. Changing room for MRI scan is highly inappropriate. The xray area is good.
It takes far too long for a report to be ready. Waiting room is also cramped and stuffy

Uninformed front desk Personnel,Do not have 3D or 4D ultrasound scan machine but will lie that they do.Poor service .
i simply called the front desk and was put off by the reception. im definitely not going there at all.

The staff on reception and the nurses were professional and helpful. I found all the help I needed and the consultation was caring and professional. Xray were also really quick and helpful

Dr Kurian Koshy( Consultant Radiologist) is not professional at all, first he refused to discuss my medical history in private after I asked him to saying they have no rooms. He throws his hands and screams when talking to patients without any course. My experience with this Dr was total horror, I ve never seen this Attitude from a radiologist before. I really wouldn t advice anyone to go to sunshine Diagnostic as they are much better diagnostic centers and much more professional doctors In Accra. Really terrible experience for me today, how can you trust a report from a doctor who doesn t respect patients privacy, work ethics, disrespectful and unprofessional. Don t go to sunshine healthcare

Kindly work on the professionalism when it comes to how to behave and talk in the presence of customers, the receptionists are always talking loudly in the presence of patient's, it's so unprofessional and it's not done in any of the diagnostic centers
