If I could give it no stars, I would. This property management firm is not concerned with customer service or delivering value for the tenants and their employees. They prioritize parking patrol of tenants rather than focusing on building maintenance, security and safety of the property.
A few prime examples:
- We had a glass entry door to the suite shatter from an intruder, it's been boarded up with ply wood for weeks.
- Broken fixtures and toilets for months
- Trespassers that leave beer bottles in the bushes by the front of the building
- "We know these are all tenants that park here, we're going to tow them one my one..."
