I recently purchased a Silverado from Matt Paisley at crest Chevrolet. I don t usually write reviews but I felt Like this experience really deserved a great review Matt is an awesome salesman and took care of every question and need that I had. I ve purchased many vehicles over my lifetime from dealerships and I ve always been so stressed through the process with this purchase there was no stress at all it was very smooth and easy. Matt explained everything about the truck, he was extremely knowledgeable about what he was selling which I ve never experienced before. Matt and everyone at crest Chevrolet was awesome! I strongly suggest anyone looking for a new Or used vehicle check them out. A well-deserved five star review!!

Matt was great with getting me out of my car. He stayed by my side the whole time and knew when I was getting overwhelmed with information. Everyone put their heads together and was able to get me into a vehicle that I was happy with, and a payment that was in my price range. Matt was the best salesman that I ve ever done business with, and highly recommend him.

I own a Chevy I purchased brand new at Crest about a year and a half ago. Gotta keep up them warranties, so I keep only going to dealerships for service. As life and locality changes, I've gone to multiple Chevy dealerships... Nothing beats Crest.

Meh, Manchester was fine, Rochester was just horrible (it's a long story of horrible horribleness with multiple levels of horrible), but oh baby Crest is Great. Every time I go out of my way and drive an extra 45 minutes to go to Crest, the servicemen explain everything clearly (and more important; honestly), and the sales guy still remembers my name and what type of car I purchased.

Sincere, honest caring. I swear, nobody at Crest put me up to this. I just recently got burned so hard at another dealership that I felt it would be a better use of my time to commend the dealership that is doing it right than waste time on the ones that waste my time and money.

My truck went into the shop due to a warranty defect. They worked hard to get the part in a timely manner, even though it was back ordered. They kept in touch with me weekly and notified me when the part came in and had the truck ready the next day. I would recommend them for sales and service any day.

Buy a car here because of the service department . Guys in the shop really know their stuff. High quality service and prompt repairs. Great job guys and thanks very much George, most appreciated.

Anthony, Darrell, and Mike with the JDE team were amazing and patient with me. They took the time to help me trade out of my vehicle that I owed a lot of money on. I was surprised they were able to help with my credit score not being very good, but they were able to work some magic for me.
