Poor experience with this company. Quality of customer service is lacking to say the least, as my problem is left unresolved and they are "very sorry." I feel like this is a younger company? Hard to easily find any historical information on their website in regard to their actual experience with their craft, let alone customer relations. However if you seek cheap quality and cut-rate customer service, this is your company!
