I had a mixed experience with Sunrise Global Marketing. While their customer service was excellent, their product quality was average. I appreciate the effort they put into resolving my issues, but I expected better overall.

I had a mixed experience with this company. While some aspects were commendable, others fell short of expectations. The customer service was satisfactory, but the product quality was just average. They need to focus more on improving their offerings.

I have called this company three days in a row several times and each time I was on hold for over a hour. The recording says I am on hold in "priority order." How do they even know what my priority level is.

They also do no answer their emails. I am sorry I ordered from them and I have not even received my product yet. Which was my question...when will it be shipped. Their website gave me a UPS shipping date of Thursday, May 12, 2016, but when I received their confirmation it said it would be 10-12 business days before I received my order.

I called to cancel my order as that is too long of a wait, but since I can't get through, I can't cancel my order.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. At this point, I don't think their phone number has a person on the line. You can't even leave a message.
