HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I have called this company three days in a row several times and each time I was on hold for over a hour. The recording says I am on hold in "priority order." How do they even know what my priority level is.

They also do no answer their emails. I am sorry I ordered from them and I have not even received my product yet. Which was my question...when will it be shipped. Their website gave me a UPS shipping date of Thursday, May 12, 2016, but when I received their confirmation it said it would be 10-12 business days before I received my order.

I called to cancel my order as that is too long of a wait, but since I can't get through, I can't cancel my order.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. At this point, I don't think their phone number has a person on the line. You can't even leave a message.
