We had a great 1st time experience at Sunnyside Toyota. Matt in sales was very informative of the vehicles and showed us all the features our new car had. The whole process was way faster than other dealerships. Matt in finance was awesome and he explained everything clearly! Alex and Matt worked with us until we were able to get the best car suited for us! They were all very professional and we recommend you work with Alex and the Matt pack.

We went to Sunnyside Toyota North Olmsted and had one of the best experiences in purchasing a vehicle. Courtney Al and Matt was very friendly and accommodating and helpful it only took me one hour and 32 minutes to close on my Toyota Tundra I m telling you if you re looking for a car or any type of vehicle Sunnyside Toyota is the place to go. We had another great experience today at Sunnyside Toyota! Alex and Matt made our experience so comfortable and easy! We ve been buying Toyotas for 30+ years because they are reliable and high quality. Together this team in North Olmsted is comfortable and knowledgeable to work with. There was no high pressure sale, just a very helpful staff who listen to your needs.

This was our first time visiting the dealership. Product Specialist Samantha Stoltz was AWESOME !!!!. She was kind, patient and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Everyone at the dealership were kind, professional and accommodating. I would STRONGLY advise anyone looking for a non-pressure and excellent experience to buy from these guys. They treated everyone no matter their COLOR exactly the SAME. Like a rock star... My husband and I personally watched examples of there rock star treatment from Samantha, to her manager, and the finance manager. I only drive Mercedes vehicles, and I've NEVER had this exceptional experience from my regular Mercedes dealership. LOVE my car, Samantha and Sunnyside Toyota..

Matthew went above and beyond to help my mother purchase her car. We wanted safety in a car and Matthew highlighted the safety features. Everything was up front. We felt very comfortable and knew we could trust Matthew. We will certainly be back to make another purchase.

I went into Sunnyside knowing the exact car I wanted. I was greeted immediately upon entering. I had the pleasure of working with Sarah Buchanan who was AMAZING!! I don't normally go out of my way to leave reviews, but Sunnyside deserves it. I walked in knowing what I wanted to test drive and Courtney helped us right away. She was incredibly helpful and friendly even on the craziest of days. Al, the sales team leader, was also very helpful throughout the process. I'm a novice to buying a vehicle on my own and they helped me every step of the way and answered my millions of questions. From the time I walked into the dealership to when I drove my Rav4 out of there they demonstrated how much they truly care. We'll be back for sure.

I had a great experience. Sarah Buchanan was first to greet me and she was very helpful and kind. I usually am nervous going to car dealerships but Sarah made me feel welcomed and was there to answer all my questions. I did end up getting a car that I am so happy with.
