The atmosphere, cleanliness, service and friendliness of the staff and willingness to assist at all times makes this place my all time favorite

The waitress that was serving us was very slow and we were only there for drinks.

Nice, clean hotel. Interesting history. Excellent service - they even brought me room service at 2 AM with a smile. Hotel wasn't very busy so they upgraded us to a deluxe room free of charge. Would definitely stay again.

Sunnyside park hotel is beautiful both outdoors and inside. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the conference rooms are beautiful and the food is breath taking. It's a wonderful place

Better than I had expected! Good dinner and breakfast. Room 2012 heater needs to be serviced.

Convenient for conferences but not a great hotel. Everything looks a little threadbare. Buffet was okay. There are better 3 star venues so I only gave it 2*s. It's not aweful though.

It is not a 5 or 4 star the gardens very nice room, wide, far from everything left and neglected the bad food and you attend a waiter who is missing half of the teeth is not pleasant. Breakfast buffet very good.

First visit in 30 years, seemed fairly fresh. Easy access to the city.

Its is a very need Hotel with friendly personnel. I only went here for a conference and found it to be very clean and in a very good condition. I will definitely stay over at this Hotel.

Heritage site and tourist attraction with nice ambiance. Most of the buildings are still unchanged and gives you a great idea of how long ago people used enjoyed themselves.

An absolutely fantastic stay. I love the Victorian feel and artwork. The food and service was brilliant.

The receptionist was so welcoming and friendly However the mattress was very hard and not comfortable

It's a good hotel if you are allocated a Northern facing room on upper floors with the balcony. The carpets must go too. They sometimes cause post nasal drip and sinusitis.

Great food. Service was a little slow. Beautiful outdoor deck with surrounding fountains and greenery were a fantastic backdrop for a family lunch.

Only visited the restaurant. It was a buffet for Mother's Day. The food options were quite limited and not that exceptional. Service was not that great. Had to wait a while before we were attended to. Building refurbishment was underway so there was a lot of construction going on and certain areas were off limits. The gardens are excellent. Took many pics and just relaxed on the benches.
