Why NO ZERO here for review. I would not recommend purchasing a used car from Sundance for anyone. I brought the car Chevy Impala 2009 last year from my friend who purchased this car here in Apr 2017. Based on the report which from a third party company named EXPERIAN Sundance choose to use shown no accidents and only 1 former owner. I provided Carfax report which other person suggest me to quote to Sundance showing up clearly that this car had 2 accidents (which one was happened in 2009 another was happened in 2011 and 9 former owners. I even can found the photograph of the second accident of this car on google. These are all clearly showing up on the report from CARFAX. Remember EXPERIAN the company Sundance use to provide vehicle history report telled everything totally nonsense. Even on the day I try to figure out what actually happened two years ago, at Sundance's office, on their computer, the instant report still showing that only 2 owner in the whole history of the car. Even their manager was unable to defend that dishonest record. One year ago on Apr 2018, their report said there are 2 owners on history list, and one year later, after my friend sold the car to me, there still only 2 owners. Nothing changed on that. Just based on this ridiculous report, Sundance strongly announced they have zero responsibility on that deal. Only maybe EXPERIAN did the wrong things, what they did was just based on that nice, clean, beautiful report and sold their car. The price is amazing high based on that EXPERIAN report. Chevy Impala LS 2009 which made in Canada not US was sold to my friend on price $9300 which odometer is around 40000 miles. We all not native here. That's the worst experience in my whole US time. I will never ever suggest any of my friend and family try to find a used car through Sundance. Both me and my friend are not professional enough to figure out all details of a used car only by ourselves, especially we are foreigners, there are nothing guarantee our customer rights here, no guarantee for dealer to tell the truth. Finally the manager yelled to me at his office:" The car was sold out 2 years ago, we have no responsibility on this car. leave away from here." The following is for Sundance's reply. Your reply also do not tell the truth again, without any serious re-check on the whole things the two accidents was happened a long time ago 2009 and 2011 in Canada not US, definitely nothing new accident happened in 2018. In your company today, even your staff used your own device to check the history from Carfax which was totally marched what I purchased from Carfax, 2 accidents, 10 owners.
