Sun Suites Hotel Review

Not at all good, Not Clean, every where dust, not at all secure in present COVID pandemic, Not spacious.
Complimentary breakfast very bad, only one or two items too late in serving, breakfast was not ready even by 8.30.
If you put forward your dissatisfaction through rating, the hotel people irritate you calling many number of times and insist you for change of rating.
No parking.
If you go in night times, no one will be there to attend you.
One person reached me after continuous calling for more than 40 min.
Not at all good and worthy for your money.

Excellent concept of color scheme, lightings with great interior styling and design.

Good hotel roms are clean, only the TV entertainment was not available, tata sky only shows 8 to 10 boardcast, movies board cast not there.

Food very good.

But worst is no hot water in bathrooms.
1.Also it was first priority to guide the customer for the hot water status.
2. Inspite of calling several times the service person came only twice and same service person said the water was there but I don't know why the hot water is not coming now.
I think you should have guided your inmates.
3. Room had TV it was superb and good working but only Tata sky channels. There also your person should have guided.
4. I have requested for towel for 3 days but your people had good answer saying sir it is with laundry .
I was surprised there was not a single towel with your hotel.

Anyways apart from that
1. Your Restaurant was really good and they serve tasty food and hats off to the chef he was pretty quick .
2. Rooms were really good clean and big so thankyou for that.
We will be again visiting soon and hopefully will stay at your Hotel.
