Sun Knowledge Private Limited is a Private incorporated on 11 January 2007. It is classified as Non-govt company and is registered at Registrar of Companies, Kolkata.

People here giving review that this company is bad and worst and so many things. My point of view is If we stay in Slum area what do we expect? Answer is simple bad environment and abusive culture. Similar when you know its not an good company and small place you should not join it and try for a giant like other MNCs. Ge*pact, T*S, A**enture, W*pro, I*M, Con*entrix companies etc for good future and life.

Please dont waste your lief and career.

This place HR department is very unprofessional inspite of clearing all the rounds and sending a Joining Mail along with the proper date and time. They still ask the candidate to give interview again and says, 'The mail was due to technical glitche and need to clear one more round' and then reject the candidates after wasting more than 7 days.
It is highly recommended not to join being and international KPO they are offering even less than an Domestic industry and have no value for time.

Very much unexpected experience from so called top KPO company.

Its a very good company for those who are interested in US Healthcare sector...near about 40 clients they have altogether as of now. Payment structure is very good...appraisal happens twice a year. Job satisfaction is very much. Saturday Sunday fixed off.

Good but bit narrow and conjusted but overall good atmosphere

Genuine but too worst company with very poor management and they pay very less amount of salary to their associates, in spite of having an international process "Medical Billing". There is a very arrogant lady HR with curly hair. One must have faced her attitude during the time of interview.
They don't have a proper management at all.

And when it comes to interview, especially they don't have any timing sense (no value of time to them basically) and only ask from 1st Hr round to last Operational round " Tell me something about yourself " which is quite hilarious. And in between 1st to last round there is just a normal aptitude and typing check (Aesop's fable) round just for a show off.
Quite a worst experience I had.
Not at all a best company to work with.

Seniors are not cooperative...salary issue... salary deductions are there...Huge level of work pressure they will give you...They won't give you good hike on your previous salary...

Sunknowledge is a worst company for the people who are going for interviews. Let me tell you about my experience. I have a 2 and a half yrs of exp in bpo field. They made me wait whole day on the interview date. I have gone there at 11 am then I returned 9pm clock. They would take people who doesnt does any exp or have worse comm skill but not the good people. I am still not understanding being such a small company how can they treat candidate like that. They should more professional in this case. people should try for other companies. because in this paypackage they can MNC's

Fraud company. They never pay you the promised salary.

Working here for the past 9 months,very friendly and good company,good appraisals and great managers to work under.Growth scope through is a bit limited and time taking.Weekends off and all US Gazetted Holidays off is a bonus,additionally they provider offs in certain Indian festivals too.

This place look fishy and not transparent. You might not get salary aswell.

Unculture staff and HR. Low life

This is a kpo which deals with US health claims and medical billing. It is located at 9th floor Megatherm building beside RDB. In this pandanemic this is the only one company where recruitement is going on.

Worst company seriouslY ,I went for the interview with m frnd nd after completed al the process ,exams etc TheY asked to wait for the result but after long waited till 9 pm i got rejection after asked sevral time to receptionist nd m frnd got selected but unfortunately she's not getting her salary during work from home .thank god m not selected
