Liars and only liars.
They sold us a tour to Luxor and said it included the valley of the kings but didn't take us. I have the programm and it was written, it included the visit of the valley.
Next day, they also lied, at the hotel they told us a price to swim with dolphins and when we arrived it was much more expensive.

first of all, the trip was not even close to such an amazing adventure as the tour guy described it to us. we took the Dahab Discovery tour and the only thing we liked was the submarine. but it is certainly not worth the price. the diving suites were not free as they were, they were promised, they were only 3 available, but the guide said they were dirty so we had to get it and even these were not clean, the snorkeling masks were also dirty and not water resistant ... the diving lasted only 10 minutes and the whole yacht was only getting a little out of the shore and just staying there ... the dinner was ok but nothing such wonderful as they promised. this tours' guide to city center ofis not worth visiting, only a couple of shops and nothing spectacular that this tour provides. I will not get into details about how the guide has got there. .. no animation was provided as well as they promised.
to cut it short, do not waste your money.

I will not go into details about how the guy-guide intentionally confused us in many other things that supposedly included on this tour, but in the end it turned out to be our own mistake, as if we did not listen attentively, but well. .. The animation was not provided the way they promised.
In short, do not waste money and time on this.

I recently went on holiday to hurghada with you and had the best experience , nothing was to much trouble when needed help or assistance would recommend to friends and family and will be booking to go with you in the future thankyou for a great experience cant wait till next time .

My wife and I rested at the Reef Oasis Beach Resort hotel on April 5, 22 29, 2019. The hotel itself and the staff as a whole are excellent, but San International spoils the whole picture, rudeness in measure but they dissolve the PROFI One of the guides saw $ 200 from his wife and told his friend that they should be picked up, which eventually they did, in short, it s better not to get involved with these sunny internationalists !!!!!! After each excursion they offer to voluntarily leave the team and the captain to tea.

I don t advise using this travel company, they wanted to visit Jerusalem with an Armenian passport, the hotel guide intentionally did not deal with the issue of our visas and we were turned off the border. As a result, we spent a lot of money, time and nerves. It is not profitable for the Egyptians to send tourists to Israel, so they do their best want to sell tours from Sharm El Sheikh to Cairo

Just returned from vacation at the Siva Sharm hotel. One of the pleasant impressions was communication with the hotel guides: Mohamed and John. Professionals in their field, everything is clear, concise, competent, unobtrusive. Many thanks to John for his humanity and help in solving problems that have arisen during the rest, to which the hotel administration, unfortunately, "turns a blind eye". Took an excursion to Cairo, a little tiring, but worth it. Regarding prices: the difference in the price of an excursion with a hotel guide and "on the side" is very minimal, if not completely absent. But the very organization of trips and comfort are at their best. I felt this twice personally. Since then, all trips are only through a guide.

The 5 star review must have confused this company with someone else. We were told on arrival at our hotel that we would have a meeting with "our rep" at half 9 the next day which confused us because we didn't organise for us to have a rep before we came to Egypt. We decided to go along anyway and the rep, Ramy, told us all about these trips which sounded fantastic. There was a group of 7 of us, my wife and me included, so we all banded together and said we would go on the trips together as a group but as long as we got a discount which he eventually gave us after much deliberation.

We chose to go on the Royal Dolphin trip, One day Luxor trip and Sahara Jeep trip. For our dolphin trip, we were sold by Ramy the guarantee that we would swim with the dolphins and in his words "could get so close that you could bite them" but while we were on the trip we only got to see the dolphins but were not allowed to swim with them due to safety reasons as there were too many other boats around despite the fact there were many other people swimming with the dolphins right in front of our eyes. Later on the trip we had a banana boat ride and a crazy sofa ride for about 3 minutes each. The 2 people on the boat, both called Mohammed but one nicknamed Jamaica, were both very good at the start of the trips but later on before the banana boat both became very rude, mainly Jamaica, because no one on the trip wanted to pay their expensive prices for the video they had been taking of the trip along with photos they had taken of us. Jamaica claimed at the end of the trip that he had quit his job but whether that was true or not I can't say.

The next disappointment was the Luxor trip. First it was advertised as a 3 hour transfer from hurghada to Luxor one way when it is in fact 4 hours but add on 2 hours for picking up people from other hotels. So all round trip it was at least 12 hours travelling by coach in the sweltering heat along with walking around the tourist attractions in said heat throughout the day. Luxor itself was a nice place to visit but no where near worth the trip as it just seemed like a whole day wasted. As for the Sahara jeep trip we booked, we decided to get some more information first so we spoke to Ramy on the morning of the trip and asked him what time we would be back and he told us 7 o clock latest. Luckily we found a couple that told us they had been on it and said it was nice but the camel ride you are promised is only about 3 minutes up a hill and back down and they didn't get back to hotel until 8/9 o'clock. We were fed up of the lies so we decided to cancel the trip and try to get our money back (which of course we didn't). One of our group spoke to the manager of Sun international who was very rude and threatened to call the police on her because he didn't want to give the money back. Later the hotel staff alerted us that the jeep was waiting so obviously Ramy didn't even bother to cancel the trip. Decided to see what the "jeep" looked like anyway and was glad we cancelled as it was just a small, white 4x4 which looked nothing like a jeep.

TL,DR: Full of false promises, worth just booking trips through someone else
