I ordered a Traverse Tool, 1 Large HikeHitch 360, and 1 Medium HikeHitch 360, and everything was received in a timely manner and all three are extremely well made. I am particularly impressed with the quality of the Traverse tool. It is sturdy, looks to be very durable, and accurate/reliable which is incredibly important when out in the elements... I had actually order one Medium/one Large HikeHitch 360, and after contacting the company they immediately got back with me and sent me a medium HikeHitch 360 at no additional charge... all this during the Covid-19 Pandemic. With customer service becoming more and more of a novelty these days, it's wonderful to have a company willing to go the extra mile. Thank you Sun Company and God bless!
Purchased the Navigat'r 6, the compass doesn't work. To get a replacement I would need to pay to ship back (of course I already paid for shipping to me) AND I would have to include an $8 check for them to send me another one. Good grief, with all the shipping charges I could buy something local. Thanks SunCompany for taking my money and selling me junk.
