Went to the store and purchased two gift boxes for Xmas gifts. Was told I would receive an email with tracking numbers when they shipped. Received nothing. Called. One box had shipped; the other had not. They were sorry. They would ship the second one free but it would not go out until after Xmas. I would receive an email with tracking information for sure this time. Received nothing. Called. The basket had shipped but would take over a week to get there. The first basket took two days. I asked how the fruit could possibly arrive it decent condition after sitting in a truck for over a week. Sun Harvest s response: silence followed by Well, it s too late now. If it s no good, we ll ship another. Are they kidding? How many phone calls and trips to the store do they expect someone to make simply to buy a gift basket?

I have always enjoyed visiting their retail store, although the prices are exorbitant. But the place is staffed by incompetents. Stay away if you are planning to ship anything.

UPDATE: After receiving the response from Sun Harvest, things went from bad to worse. They had promised to send the second gift basket out after Christmas on Dec 27th and, in fact, told me they had send it out on Dec.27th, when I called to check on it.

Wrong! They created a label on the 27th but didn t send out the fruit until January 2nd. Now the Xmas present won t arrive until January 8th, according to Fedex. Unfortunately the recipients will now be out of town when the package arrives so the fruit will sit rotting on their porch. So thank you, Sun Harvest, for your help. A job well done! A very belated Christmas gift of rotting fruit.

Wonderful "Florida" place, and that's coming from a native. Their soft serve is off the chain, especially the Key lime and chocolate twist, and there cheese danish is awesome too! :)

We just opened the bag of oranges and Wow. Absolutely delicious and so juicy. Can t wait to try try the cinnamon butter. The coconut candy is great tasting and fresh. Hard to decide whether the lime or plain coconut is tastier. We will have to stop back in before heading back north. Great place, friendly people and the ice cream was a refreshing treat before leaving. See you all again soon.

I love the fruit. I brought back oranges, grapefruits and tomatoes. They were wonderful. My family members enjoyed the fresh fruit immensely in December. I wish I had brought more

We have been ordering from Sun Harvest for over 26 years. Our first trip down in 1993 when we had a timeshare on Ft. Myers Beach and now that we live in Bonita Springs. We ve never been disappointed in our orders or customer service. We purchase orange juice every week and I send gift boxes to Ohio periodically. Poor Ohio, the only sun light they enjoy comes from Sun Harvest. It s either too hot or too cold up north. We appreciate you for all the good things you do for our less fortunate relatives in Ohio. Please keep up your winning ways.

Everything here is excellent and the best delicious 100% natural juices, ice cream and delicious desserts, very friendly faces.

Sun Harvest Citrus is one of our favorite places to visit when we travel to Fort Myers. My sister Janet who lives there, always recommends stopping in to get ice cream.
Last Month we had a concern about our order(first time ever), Mike was amazing, he corrected the problem very quickly.
I would highly recommend Sun Harvest Citrus as a delightful stop.

Fun place to stop and try some fresh juice with free samples. A decent amount of souvenirs too. Also serves ice cream. My family enjoyed our visit and ended up buying a gallon of juice and some marmalade!

Please sell fruit worthy of your reputation. We received some oranges as a gift and I am reluctant to tell the gift giver of the disappointment. I am from FL and I know oranges. These were a sad excuse for an orange. I was able to use about 2/3 of each one. They were dried up as seen in the photo. The parts I was able to salvage had no flavor and absolutely no sweetness. I know the citrus industry in FL is taking a hit but I feel Sunharvest needs to just not offer a product if the quality is that poor.

Great place for tasty treats! Fresh orange juice available here plus fresh fruits and some vegetables. Try their ice cream, very good. Also a great place for buying souvenirs. There's a post office inside this store as well.

I went for the post office (yes, you can do all your residential postal stuff here) but was tempted by the soft serve ice cream. Its now a favorite drive by for a milk shake, dessert or break from the office. Oh ...they sell lots of Florida oranges too ;)

I have lived in SW Florida for years and never stopped by here until now. The big draw for me was the free samples of their fresh juices.

Then when I arrived I see everyone with beautiful ice cream cones. So I had to try the orange Vanilla twist. Yummmm.

The place is usually packed but the link es move very quickly. The orange juice is fresh and delicious. There is even a play area for the kids and little tourist trinkets to buy. Great place to visit and you absolutely have to go when you're in town.

AWESOME store if you like citrus fruits. Free samples of their fresh juices. Great location for tourists.

I have been a customer since the year 2000 when I moved to Fort Myers. Always recommend this place to family, friends and coworkers. I love this place. Today thought I went to buy my regular purchase of 6 half of gallon of a variety of their juices and I had a very disappointing customer service experience with a cashier by the name of Stephanie. I have never in my life been treated with such rudeness and disrespect. I felt like asking to speak to the manager but didn't want to make a scene so I paid for my merchandise and left. I seriously this cashier is sent to some type of customer service training because she is horrible attending customers. Total disappointment not even sure if I should return to this store or not. I don't want to go through such disappointing experience ever. The juice is great the customer service needs improvement

Lots of different citrus and juices to sample and buy. Bakery items are great. Good selection of beach souvenirs. Interesting jams, jellies and other food items.

Wow! I grew up to my grandparents fresh squeezed orange juice every time I visited Florida. In the past 20 years this is the closest thing I have found! It is amazing! Will definitely make this a regular stop on vacation.

Great store and products but HORRIBLE idea to have ONE main line. Everyone must wait for folks to get bakery and ice cream, even if you only have one item. Meanwhile, cashiers at the fruit ordering station are standing there with no customers. There needs to be an express line added or allow the other workers to ring customers out faster.

Terrible location getting in and out of the parking lot. Overpriced items.

We make our way here every year. The juice is the best! The kids love it. They have an assortment of gifts as well.

One of the best places to take your kids for a delicious treat!! My kids beg to go here every week! From their souvenirs, to their juices and baked goods!! My kids still prefer the ice cream though! :-) Definitely worth a try!!

Looks way bigger from the road. Inside is actually way smaller. Items are pricey but taste good.

Delicious orange juice and combo juices and you get to taste as much as you want. You can order and ship oranges. Ice cream and bakery items are delicious too.

When you come in here you can smell the great scent of fresh fruit juices. You can also watch the production of juices through large windows. All fruit juices sold here are freshly squeezed, and you can taste each fruit juice beforehand as it tastes. For me, the highlight of the Orange Juice is, although the lemon juice is excellent, the lemon juice is very nice mild and not at all sour, rather sweet. There are also Sotfeis, candies, souvenirs, milk shakes and and and, just drop in!

Previous years gifts from here were excellent. Not this year! The gifts ordered on 12/12 never made it to UPS. Customer service promised to make things right by shipping new gifts on 1/4. Still not received. I understand the pandemic impacted shipping nationwide but some communication about the status of my order would be appreciated. Wouldn t consider ordering from here in the future.

Bought 2 bags of oranges there on Sunday got home to Ohio on Tuesday to find out we had 9 bad oranges. I expected maybe 1 or 2 but 9 that is ridiculous. Very disappointed. I expected more out of this place. I could have bought them at Sam's Club and at least Sam's I could have returned them. Be careful when you buy them. They looked okay in the bag until 2 days later. On the positive the grapefruits were ok and the ice cream is very good. Since my review the manager Mike sent me a fresh box of handpicked Navel Oranges in it and sent them to us in Ohio. Mike was very apologetic. I felt better about his response and would give the company another chance if I were in the area again.

I never bought orange juice from anywhere else again. The fruits are the best! Orange cranberry is my favorite. Pastries are delicious, but I haven't seen my favorite, pineapple muffin, in a while. I never liked keylime pie until I tried theirs. Attendants could smile a bit more. The long lines don't bother me, it just shows how good they are. Most times I'm there, there's a line for no ice cream buyers, but I never leave without one. 20% off coupon always available online, so I buy extra!

I m giving this place 3 stars because of 1 thing....
first let me say the place is wonderful to walk in to see all of the fresh produce and fruits, ice cream, pastry, gifts, samples. HOWEVER, the ladies at the information tables or station were rude, unfriendly, and not the representation I m sure you want to convey. Look, dealing with the public is very challenging I get it.... however when I went up to ask a question about real oranges instead of Honeybells they both looked at me as if I had to heads. About 15 minutes later my wife asked a question of them about some produce or fruit and hand to god, I could see the eye roll and see them shaking their heads and making fun of my wife from where I was standing when my wife turned her back to walk away. Sadly, the cart full of items were left right there - we walked out never to return again based on that customer experience alone. Owners.... a little charm school training should be your next move for these ladies.... after all they are the face of your organization at least while we re in the store. Signed very disappointed.

Love this place. The juice samples are great, especially the orange strawberry. It can be a bit pricey for a half gallon but it's worth it.

Bought some peaches. They hid the small ones on the bottom. They're hard. They're rotting before they soften.....: (

Cute store but felt very unsafe with COVID 19 protocols. The older man who works there took off his mask to cough and cough behind the counter. We literally ran out of the store. Really sad that the store doesn t ask their sick employees to stay home rather than making them come into work with or without a Pandemic. We will not be returning.

The strawberry/orange juice is the best! Nice little store.

I stopped in here while going to the usps inside. It is adorable. My favorite juice i sampled was the strawberry orange juice. It tasted like a strawberry daiquiri. Very sweet. The orange juice is PHENOMENAL! Very cute gifts and tourist nonsence. Fairly priced. Soft serve icecream and bakery items. Wine. Candy. Jams. Fresh produce. A little jungle gym playground out front for kids next to a giant orange. We are definitely going back again for juice! And the post office workers were incredibly pleasant and attentive.

Very nice staff who know their citrus. We had fun ordering surprise boxes for our family in WI. I even got some Christmas presents. Our family loved the oranges and grapefruit we sent them. Delivered on time and in great condition.

Visiting from ks, my parents now live in Naples and brought me there when i was visiting. It was a hot day out and they reccommended i go there. The samples of the fresh orange juice is by far the best. Love the other flavors they have. Nice quirky gift shop. Deff coming back when im down that way again

Have been going here for 25 plus years mostly good but recently bought bag of navel oranges and they were terrible dry inside and no taste surprises at the quality

Bought a Randy's Key Lime Pie on 7/21 very bad no crust, filling like jello no taste.
$14 for nothing Box says "Voted #1" there is not a low enough score for this pie.

I'm a local Floridian and love this place. I come for the fresh juices, citrus, jams and candies. Although it caters to tourists it is still a cute store with quality products. Don't forget the ice cream on your way out.

We love to stop by often in Ft Myers. We enjoy their store, the juice samples, get ice cream cones and take home the best fruit, orange juice, and once in awhile a Key Lime Pie! Oh my goodness, everything is sooo good!!

I absolutely love this place s oranges and orange juice. However, it is quite literally a tourist trap. I m about to graduate high school, and I was born and raised here. I sometimes want to stop here to get orange juice or a healthy, fresh snack before work, but it s impossible with a line wrapped around the inside of the building. I know for sure this line is full of tourists and snowbirds. First we have to drive on the road with them, and now we can t even get decent products without them being in the way. Please have a locals only line. I just want fresh orange juice without the hassle.

Quite a tourist attraction and for good reason. They have free juice samples you can try before you buy and all of the flavors are delicious! They also have some bakery items and their ice cream is so good! They also have fun little items to brows around and look through. Their employees are also great and willing to help.

I love citrus!!!! It smells like oranges when you walk in the door, Ice cream is amazing, honey taste good, jellies taste good. Some things are pricey , you can watch them pack oranges. Very busy/ crowed place

I was excited to go to this store as it seemed like everything you could want from wine, pie, juices, jellies and more. However, honestly some of the stuff I seen and have bought from other local spots throughout Florida it was WAY too over priced at this store. I end up buying a whole key lime pie in hopes to maybe find a decent pie that I could get easily near me. I was very disappointed with this pie though as it had the texture of jello instead of being creamy like it is supposed to.
