Worst process of interview please don't waste time taking up interview there it elaborate process they will talk to you like you are selected and also ask you to share all the required documents but will keep you on hold for long time without selecting,

Worst Consultancy Service ever...They dont even give feedback after interview..Recently i had interview with sonata through summit works.Sr recruiter Vigesh is one who handecled interview panel with Me and sonata techincal team ..after completeing 2 rounds of interviews.i asked him about profile status..,he doesn't even know that whether the client took the interview or not..he simply saying waiting for confirmation.still no response.waste of time. dont go through this consultancy...they even dont the minimum basic of interview panel process.

By end of day they told u are been selected and to submit documents and everything.After a week there was no update and it s was been rejected, so just don t play with all of the employees whoever is seeking a job
