If you are thinking Summit gas for your heat, don't. We are paying a lot more than we did for oil. Looking into changing back to oil heat.

These guys are expensive, deliberately confusing and predatory.

They will annihilate your landscaping and leave it for dead and intermittently double charge your account if you do not pay attention!

Their contractors will tear through the root systems of your trees... DON'T DO IT!

I'm currently trying to get a furnace installed next week. I had Summit show up with a crew to install the gas line and right after I started having water backed up in my basement. Hired a plumber to fix what I thought was a blockage in the drain and turns out he hit clay and sand. I'm out the money for the plumber and now I need to fight with Summit to get my pipe fixed. The town doesn't cover the pipe going to the sewer and I'm not going to have a new furnace installed in a basement that has backed up water. If I knew it was going to play out this way I wouldn't have even entertained the idea of having natural gas.

the poor performance of the whole job would allow them to close off this area project and move on. my guess is they don't have enough funding to finish anyways
