I really like this studio a lot. The people are very friendly and the instructors welcoming and kind. Their is something for everyone, from the gym style workout, pop music classes with a little asana thrown in to call it yoga ( not my thing, but a packed class by the way ), to the grounding, meditative physically challenging, yet insightful classes we yogis all love. All the instructors know good sequencing and are focused on safety. The warmth is great when it is snowy and chilly outside, like you are in the tropics. The only challenge for me with a couple of the instructors was again...not enough "yoga type music"... I prefer to feel like I am in a yoga studio and not the gym :) Namaste!!

I like hot yoga. I think something has changed in this studio though and it feels more power infused and very few instructors seem to ask about injuries or adjust or give variations. I'm not sure how someone who do beginning yoga here. I like the soft floor & the energy and I know where to get a workout forsure. For me I need more variety and meditative practices added into the workout feel & feel there must be a balance. I would like more male instructors. I like the challenge a lot but I risk over doing it and injury. I love they have a shower. I enjoyed the BARRE class it was like a dance class very strengthening however not a lot of yoga. I would love more time options and later classes like even 8pm. I loved Kat P. classes. I know it's hard to taylor to everyone but maybe with the right suggestions things will slowly adapt. I also should have asked more questions and gone slower a lot. Will keep trying month memberships rotating with the other studios on the area. Its so close to my house and the only true hot yoga here & I love the detox of a good heavy sweat! Maybe more Yin instruction would be cool!

I took a drop in class with LaTonya and found her to be extremely knowledgeable for anyone who has practiced yoga for years. I had a good class and enjoyed her sequencing. While she could be a bit intense at times, I probably wouldn't feel comfortable if I was new to yoga. My only reason for not wanting to return is the wall of mirrors. If you like practicing yoga in front of a mirror, this is perfect for you. It's not my style. Also, I had to rent a mat for $2 and was disappointed that the mat was slippery, thin and old. So, lesson is bring your own mat.

Came here while on vacation with the family. It was the perfect getaway. Doc had an amazingly calm yogi voice and was a wonderful instructor for the VinYin class. Highly recommend and cant wait to go back!

Excellent studio! Nothing better than a hot yoga class after a long day of snowboarding. Google maps shows the Breckenridge address but this studio is actually in Dillon. The correct address is listed on their website.

I went to a Hot Yoga 90 minute today. Deby taught a great class. The studio is nice, clean and professional.

I am a very regular hot yoga participant. I always practice Bikram. While the class at Summit was not exactly the 26 postures, it was very comfortable and easy to follow.
